Job Overview

* Lead cargo security compliance strategy across the global cargo network in alignment with QCAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, and EU ACC3 regulations
* Act as the main liaison between Cargo Operations and Corporate Security on all cargo security matters
* Translate regulatory changes into actionable, standardized procedures for stations and regional teams
* Manage and review all security-related occurrences, investigations, and response protocols
* Monitor and report security KPIs, trends, and compliance gaps with corrective action plans
* Conduct internal reviews, inspections, and support audits to maintain robust security quality controls
* Drive continuous improvement in global cargo security practices, ensuring organizational and regulatory alignment

Job Requirements

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

Experience

* Minimum 8 years of job-related experience within airline or air cargo industry
* Extensive knowledge of local and global cargo security frameworks (IATA, TSA, ICAO Annex 17, EU ACC3, KC3)
* Strong track record of managing regulatory compliance, audits, and operational risk mitigation
