Multimedia Content Producer - Airlines/Aviation Doha
Qatar Aviation Services is seeking a Multimedia Content Producer to support its in-house creative and marketing initiatives. The role involves creating visually compelling digital content including video production, 3D animation, and graphic design for use across digital platforms and advertising channels.

Job Overview
* Create video content, motion graphics, 3D animations, and multimedia assets aligned with brand guidelines
* Produce and edit video campaigns, brand storytelling, and promotional content using industry-standard tools
* Design supporting visual elements such as key visuals, textures, and static graphics for digital use
* Plan and execute small-scale video shoots, including editing and post-production tasks
* Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and communications teams to deliver integrated multimedia assets
* Maintain organized project files and manage version control for creative outputs
* Stay updated on multimedia trends, tools, and production technologies
* Ensure consistent visual quality and storytelling across all multimedia formats
* Contribute to creative strategy by offering visual solutions and concept ideas
* Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in multimedia, design, visual communication, or a related field
Experience
* Minimum 4 years of experience in multimedia production, digital design, or video editing
* Strong background in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition)
* Experience in video shooting, editing, and post-production
* Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, 3D Max, Maya, Substance)
Skills
* Strong visual storytelling and motion design capabilities
* Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing
* Familiarity with animation principles, typography, and layout design
* Understanding of current digital content trends and creative standards
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Preferred
* 5+ years of relevant experience in digital media or brand content development
* Prior experience in aviation, transport, or corporate branding
* Proficiency in managing multimedia assets for social media, OOH, and internal communications
