The Role
This position is designed for an experienced aviation service professional
who can move confidently between private jet cabin duties and a professional office environment.
While flying, the Executive Stewardess will provide personalized VIP hospitality while maintaining passenger privacy, cabin presentation, and applicable safety standards. During non-flying periods, the role will support administrative tasks, travel and flight coordination, passenger requirements, and operational documentation.
Inflight Responsibilities
* Deliver First Class and Business Class-level hospitality and personalized service to VIP passengers.
* Prepare and serve premium meals, beverages, and refreshments.
* Anticipate passenger preferences and tailor service accordingly.
* Maintain high standards of cabin cleanliness, presentation, and service readiness.
* Assist with pre-flight and post-flight cabin preparation.
* Manage VIP passenger requests with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and protect passenger privacy.
* Follow applicable aviation safety and emergency procedures throughout flight operations.
Ground and Office Support
When the aircraft is not operating, the role will provide practical administrative and operational assistance.
