Key Responsibilities

* Lead forums and governance practices related to IT and digital transformation in Flight Ops
* Track and report budget performance, resource usage, and vendor coordination
* Coach project team members and promote best practices in Agile or hybrid methodologies
* Support PMO-level planning and compliance with regulatory standards
* Provide detailed presentations and reports to senior management

Job Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Business, Aviation, or related field
* Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience in complex environments
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred
* Prior experience in aviation systems such as AIMS, AMOS, or Lufthansa Systems a plus
* Exposure to eTechLog or other aviation digitalization projects highly desirable
* Proficient in MS Office 365 suite, especially Excel, Power BI, and MS Project
* Skilled in Agile, hybrid project frameworks, and PMO governance
* Excellent English communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
* Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
