Job Overview
As a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting strategic pay and benefits policies across the company. The position involves designing, evaluating, and maintaining compensation structures, benefits schemes, and compliance with both local and international HR standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and benchmark compensation trends to support talent attraction and retention
* Manage international compensation structures across assigned portfolios
* Oversee salary reviews, movement forms, and structured approvals
* Administer outstation accommodation and vehicle entitlements
* Coordinate renewals and issuance of employee benefits, medical and life insurance
* Support development of pay structures and internal policies
* Drive pay review and performance-based salary alignment
* Collaborate on compensation surveys and restructuring projects
* Provide expert guidance to management on remuneration practices
* Maintain detailed records and reports for audit and compliance
* Act as a primary point of contact for R&B matters in assigned regions
Job Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles
* Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and HR systems
* Knowledge of international remuneration practices
* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
