Job Overview
* Analyze booking velocity, pricing trends, inventory controls, and group demand
* Take decisions affecting pricing, availability, interline strategy, and route-level demand
* Monitor forecast accuracy and update decrements to reflect actual market behavior
* Develop and implement pricing strategies to meet RASK and revenue goals
* Collaborate with internal teams including CBI, regional offices, and alliances
* Support interline and codeshare pricing through scenario modeling and data simulation
* Create offline pricing strategies and global pricing products
* Ensure consistency between fare rules, availability, and market positioning
* Provide actionable insights through data analysis and route performance reviews
* Contribute to long-term strategic plans for pricing and revenue improvement
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Minimum 6 years of experience in airline revenue management (pricing, inventory, or demand control)
* Experience working in point-of-sale and origin-destination inventory control environments
Skills
* Knowledge of revenue management and pricing systems (PROS, Amadeus, SITA, APTCO)
* Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large datasets
* Advanced Excel and data modeling capabilities
* Familiarity with airline tariff filing, pricing systems, and interline agreements
* Leadership and mentoring skills with ability to support team development
* Clear communication and presentation abilities
