* Support forecasting, capacity planning, and operational efficiency initiatives
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data sources, tools, and automation
* Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
* Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and cross-functional teams
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within aviation, cargo, logistics, or operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
* Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outputs under tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
