Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in efficient day-to-day store operations, staff supervision, and sales achievement
* Ensure top-tier customer service standards are maintained by all team members
* Lead store activities during the Store Manager’s absence, handling opening/closing, scheduling, and conflict resolution
* Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies and procedures
* Oversee visual merchandising, stock presentation, and store cleanliness in line with VM guidelines
* Provide product knowledge training and customer service coaching to sales associates
* Promote and track Club Apparel loyalty program engagement and repeat business
* Conduct store audits, stock handling, and POS monitoring
* Liaise with Store Manager and Area Manager on feedback about staff performance and product reception
* Maintain operational discipline in inventory, security, and back-office procedures
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field preferred
Experience
* Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant store management role
Skills
* Excellent customer service, communication, and team leadership skills
* Up-to-date fashion knowledge and strong sales ability
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and manage merchandise handling
