Job Overview
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end brand development, from market positioning and merchandising to driving profitability and optimizing in-store performance. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to fuel brand expansion and visibility in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth and Strategy
* Maximize sales and profitability in alignment with company targets
* Plan and execute brand penetration strategies in existing and new markets
* Coordinate with GMs and retail teams for launch planning, pricing, and promotions
* Ensure alignment of brand vision, assortment, and seasonal strategies
Merchandise Planning
* Design and implement merchandise plans including assortment, pricing, and forecasting
* Lead seasonal product selection and planning with the buying team
* Monitor in-season stock movement, markdowns, replenishment, and performance analysis
* Align visual merchandising standards across stores for brand consistency
Market Analysis & Competition
* Conduct research on fashion trends, pricing, and product acceptance
* Evaluate competitor strategies and provide insights for positioning and differentiation
* Identify market gaps and localization opportunities to drive brand relevance
Brand Image and Positioning
* Drive brand visibility through Club Apparel and other loyalty campaigns
* Develop visual merchandising strategies and ensure execution at store level
* Collaborate with marketing and store operations for effective brand storytelling
* Track consumer feedback and work with retail teams to enhance brand experience
Project Coordination & Expansion
* Evaluate new store sites and align locations with brand strategy
* Coordinate with project and operations teams for timely store openings and refits
* Ensure rollouts align with growth and brand development objectives
Desired Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or Business
* 5–8 years of experience in brand management within the fashion or lifestyle retail sector
* Proven success in brand positioning, merchandise planning, and sales optimization
* Strong analytical and market research skills with excellent business judgment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
