Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Leadership
* Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with brand goals and business vision
* Ensure integrated, consistent messaging across internal and external platforms
* Define and implement executive thought leadership programs for the chairman, chairwoman, and senior leaders
Media Relations & Crisis Communication
* Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with key journalists and influencers
* Craft and distribute high-impact press releases, media kits, and briefings
* Monitor media coverage and prepare reputation insights for senior leadership
* Lead crisis communication preparedness and response strategy to safeguard the brand
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
* Plan and implement internal communication campaigns to align employees with corporate priorities
* Oversee employee newsletters, intranet updates, and leadership messaging
* Support culture-building initiatives through transparent and timely internal communication
Stakeholder Engagement & Reputation Management
* Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, industry partners, and communities
* Monitor public sentiment and proactively manage brand reputation across channels
* Align brand voice with social responsibility, innovation, and global expansion narratives
Content Strategy & Leadership
* Oversee development of compelling corporate content including annual reports, executive speeches, digital updates, and social media messaging
* Ensure brand storytelling reflects corporate values, DEI, innovation, and sustainability priorities
* Lead and inspire a team of communication professionals, driving a culture of creativity and performance
Collaboration & Governance
* Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Marketing, HR, Digital, and Legal teams on strategic communications
* Provide communication counsel to senior leadership and contribute to executive decision-making processes
* Evaluate communications ROI and analytics to guide data-driven decisions
Required Experience & Skills
* 8–10+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or brand reputation management
* Proven experience leading integrated communications within a multinational or high-growth consumer brand
* Strong media relations network in the GCC and global fashion/lifestyle sectors
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
* Expert in crisis communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive visibility programs
* Exceptional leadership, writing, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
