Loss Prevention Executive - Retail Security and Audit
Job Overview
We are hiring a Loss Prevention Executive to support our retail operations by ensuring compliance with company safety policies and reducing risk across all store locations. This role is responsible for store audits, internal investigations, staff training, and maintaining incident records.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct store visits to verify adherence to loss prevention policies
* Perform routine and unannounced cash audits
* Investigate internal theft cases and document outcomes
* Deliver training sessions to store teams on compliance and security awareness
* Track incidents and maintain audit records
* Support onboarding of new loss prevention staff
* Monitor store environments for safety and compliance gaps
* Coordinate with store management to resolve compliance issues
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business, or a related field
* 5 to 7 years of experience in retail loss prevention or store audit
* Strong knowledge of retail security practices and operational risk controls
* Ability to conduct investigations, interviews, and detailed reporting
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with audit tools
* Clear communication skills and the ability to train and guide store teams
