We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Merchandise Coordinator to support our brand operations team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role plays a vital part in achieving financial goals by ensuring smooth merchandise allocation, planning, and stock movement across stores.

Job Overview
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will assist the Brand Manager in implementing assortment and product strategies, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of stock across all retail outlets. Your role will contribute to financial planning, reporting, and overall merchandising performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pre-season planning and in-season forecasting, including open-to-buy and new store budgets
* Generate reports such as sell-through, product breakdown, and consolidation sheets using Retail Pro
* Monitor and coordinate the timely delivery and allocation of products to all stores
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain stock levels and minimize delivery gaps
* Conduct sales analysis of best and worst sellers to inform future buying and allocation decisions
* Track customer preferences and feedback to help fine-tune product offerings
* Coordinate with the buying team on reorders, damage reports, and product-related issues
* Assist with merchandise plans, range reviews, and product presentations
* Analyze competitor products and provide insights to the brand team
* Maintain strict documentation control and confidentiality of merchandising data
* Collaborate with the Merchandise Planning team to ensure a well-balanced range at sub-category and price-point level
Job Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in merchandising or planning within a retail environment
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (Retail Pro experience is a plus)
* High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
* Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field preferred
