Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
Research potential vendors
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Must be familiar about making LPO. Preparing reports, budgets, pick lists, invoicing, quotations and offer sheets.
Should be an expert in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Purchasing Assistant or similar role
The candidate should be energetic with a good command of the English language skills.
Bachelorâs degree in Sales / marketing / Finance
