Key Responsibilities

* Convert browsing visitors into loyal buyers through personalized attention
* Educate customers about the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and encourage participation
* Deliver exceptional service by following the GUEST protocol (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank)
* Stay informed on brand and product updates for effective cross-selling

Merchandising and Store Standards

* Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is presented attractively
* Replenish shelves and manage stock as per store layout and VM guidelines
* Record inventory movements and notify management of any discrepancies or damaged goods
* Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and clearance stock norms

Point of Sale and Transactions

* Operate POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately
* Handle payments via cash, card, voucher, and electronic methods
* Issue receipts, refunds, and change while maintaining till accuracy throughout shifts
* Secure store assets and follow loss prevention procedures
* Maintain confidentiality of store sales and transaction data

Operational Support

* Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
* Adapt to flexible shifts and extended working hours during peak sale periods
* Support store upkeep and cleanliness in accordance with company housekeeping standards
* Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
