Job Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be responsible for maintaining store presentation standards, managing merchandise, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs
* Convert walk-in traffic into sales while building brand loyalty
* Promote and enroll customers in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program
* Follow the GUEST selling approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
* Stay updated with product features, collections, and brand offerings
* Maintain grooming standards and a professional appearance at all times
* Work flexible hours, especially during promotional and sale events
* Ensure accurate product display and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
* Replenish stock and maintain inventory records for inward and outward movement
* Efficiently handle transactions at the POS including cash, card, and refunds
* Tally daily cash register and ensure end-of-day accuracy
* Maintain vigilance for store security and loss prevention at all times
* Adhere to company SOPs and preserve confidentiality of business metrics
What We Expect
* Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and high standards of store hygiene and presentation
* Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends as per business needs
* Basic familiarity with POS systems and transaction handling
