Sales Associate - Retail Operations
Join our dynamic team in Masqaṭ, Oman, as a Sales Associate and help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This customer-facing role is responsible for maximizing sales through excellent service, efficient store operations, and visual merchandising, ensuring customers receive the best retail journey aligned with brand values.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet all customers and assist them in selecting the right products
* Convert window shoppers into loyal buyers by offering tailored recommendations
* Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat business
* Deliver outstanding service following the company’s GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank)
* Stay updated on brand collections to provide informed suggestions and upselling
* Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times
Merchandise Handling and Store Operations
* Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and arranged as per layout guidelines
* Follow visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive presentations
* Handle inventory records for all stock movement (inward and outward)
* Operate POS system efficiently for billing and payment processing
* Manage cash register accurately and tally cash at shift open and close
* Replenish shelves, maintain cleanliness, and follow daily checklists
Security and Loss Prevention
* Stay vigilant to prevent shoplifting or inventory loss
* Adhere strictly to company’s SOPs and loss prevention policies
* Maintain confidentiality of sales figures and internal information
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
* Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
* Ability to stand for long hours and work during weekends or sale events
* Flexible schedule and team-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling
