Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator – Landscape to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on coordinating BIM processes for large-scale landscape and urban development projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, ISO 19650 standards, and industry best practices. You will work closely with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality BIM outputs and provide technical support across projects.

What You’ll Do
* Act as BIM focal point for landscape design teams, ensuring model coordination across disciplines
* Develop, manage, and maintain Revit and Civil 3D landscape models (LOD 100–350)
* Run clash detection workflows using Navisworks, Revizto, and Autodesk Collaborate
Pro
* Enforce BIM execution plans and ISO 19650 compliance throughout projects
* Manage model sharing and data integrity within CDEs such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or ProjectWise
* Support designers with BIM troubleshooting, workflows, and best practices
* Audit models for file structure, naming conventions, and quality compliance
* Deliver BIM training sessions for project teams to enhance capability
* Build and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and content specific to landscape works
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align deliverables with client requirements
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Planning
* 12+ years of proven BIM coordination experience in landscape or multidisciplinary projects
* Proficient in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revizto, and BIM Collaborate Pro
* Strong knowledge of BIM standards, ISO 19650 compliance, and CDE workflows
* Solid understanding of landscape design principles and grading documentation
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Desired Skills
* Experience in BIM content library and template creation
* Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape for landscape visualization
* Previous exposure to large-scale urban planning or infrastructure masterplans
* Familiarity with Power BI for BIM performance tracking
* Ability to conduct BIM training and mentoring sessions for teams
