Role Context
This role manages daily client service interactions by acting as the first point of contact, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and supporting relationship teams. It contributes directly to customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and service excellence in corporate banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle walk-in clients and manage service counter operations efficiently
* Act as first point of contact for client queries, instructions, and document handling
* Perform customer identification checks in line with internal procedures
* Support corporate client service activities across multiple banking products
* Assist relationship management teams with operational support for clients
* Process cash management transactions including remittances and cheque clearing
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of transactions
* Support process improvements, system updates, and operational initiatives
* Maintain confidentiality of client data in line with regulatory standards

* Bachelor degree or diploma in relevant field
* Experience in banking operations or customer service roles
* Strong understanding of cash management products and procedures
