Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join its in-house Design 360 Studio, working on high-end hospitality projects from the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. The role focuses on furniture, fixtures, and equipment design, supporting luxury hotel, residential, retail, and F and B developments while maintaining the brand’s high standards for innovation, quality, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop FF&E proposals that align with project design direction, brand standards, and budget requirements.
* Prepare design presentations from concept through detailed specifications for furniture, fixtures, materials, and equipment.
* Maintain and update the FF&E library, researching and tracking industry trends.
* Support the team with sketches, material boards, GA drawings, RCPs, sections, elevations, and details under senior supervision.
* Work on both new concept designs and design rollouts for 4-star and 5-star hospitality projects.
* Coordinate closely with procurement teams, external suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Demonstrate knowledge of specifications, documentation, budgets, and compliance with regional design codes.
* Collaborate across sectors, including residential and retail, as workload requires.
* Manage FF&E selections and specifications with precision and attention to detail.
* Utilize advanced design tools such as SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior design with a focus on FF&E.
* Proven track record working on 4-star and 5-star hospitality projects.
* Strong proficiency in Revit BIM, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop.
* In-depth understanding of FF&E brands, materials, color palettes, and budget management.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
