* Participate in AECOM’s ADVANCE graduate development programme over approximately 24 months.
* Build essential business, technical, and personal skills to support the transition from student to professional.
* Support project teams with graduate-level architectural engineering duties under supervision.
* Assist with design-related tasks, project coordination, documentation, and technical learning activities.
* Gain broad exposure to the field through assigned duties that create a well-rounded learning experience.

* Develop understanding of project workflows, design standards, technical coordination, and professional consultancy practices.
* Support preparation of drawings, design inputs, technical documents, and project-related information where assigned.
