Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
* Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, events, and project discussions to support effective information sharing.
* Analyze stakeholder needs, concerns, and feedback to help improve engagement quality and project satisfaction.
* Prepare stakeholder communications such as reports, newsletters, presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up materials.
* Document stakeholder interactions, feedback, action points, and outcomes using appropriate tracking tools and systems.
* Support project teams by helping maintain stakeholder alignment during different stages of the project lifecycle.
* Organize engagement activities and communication initiatives that support project and business objectives.
* Maintain accurate stakeholder records, contact information, engagement history, and related documentation.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support stakeholder engagement plans.
* Monitor stakeholder satisfaction, identify communication gaps, and recommend improvements to engagement processes.
* Help ensure concerns are recorded, escalated, and followed up in a structured and professional manner.
* Support clear, timely, and consistent communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
* UAE National with a valid family book, as required for this Fursa Program opportunity.
* Recent graduate in Architecture or an entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
* Interest in stakeholder management, project coordination, architecture, infrastructure, and built environment projects.
* Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with different internal and external contacts.
* Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to maintain records, track feedback, and prepare basic reports.
* Comfortable supporting meetings, workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Able to work with project teams, technical staff, and business stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage assigned tasks under guidance.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills may be helpful for UAE stakeholder engagement.
