Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a Junior Concept Architect to join its Design 360 Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. This role supports the Lead Concept Architect in developing innovative architectural concepts for high-profile projects, blending creativity with technical precision to meet design and regulatory standards.
Core Duties
* Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine architectural concepts for diverse projects.
* Research materials, technologies, and design trends to inform creative proposals.
* Prepare client presentations and design proposals with compelling visuals.
* Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and physical mock-ups to illustrate design intent.
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to design reviews.
* Ensure concepts comply with applicable regulations, codes, and project requirements.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in concept design.
* Proficiency in Revit BIM for architectural modeling.
* Strong creative and visual communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary design environment.
