Key Responsibilities
* Develop original landscape architecture concepts for public realm developments.
* Translate design ideas into clear drawings, models, presentations, and technical information.
* Complete assigned project activities independently under the guidance of senior team members.
* Coordinate design inputs with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Consider user experience, climate, materials, planting, accessibility, and long-term maintenance when shaping proposals.
* Apply relevant design codes, technical standards, sustainability regulations, and health and safety requirements.
* Incorporate regional construction practices and locally appropriate methods into design decisions.
* Manage allocated internal resources when required to meet agreed deliverables.
* Monitor assigned tasks against project schedules and promptly communicate emerging constraints.
* Review design outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the intended aesthetic.
* Maintain accountability for the quality and timely completion of allocated work.
* Contribute ideas that improve team workflows, design methods, and project efficiency.
Ideal Profile
The preferred candidate will understand both the creative and technical dimensions of landscape architecture. Familiarity with design production methods, documentation procedures, industry standards, sustainability requirements, and the regional construction environment is important.
Applicants should demonstrate a collaborative approach and be comfortable engaging with internal specialists and external project partners. Strong attention to quality is required across visual design, technical coordination, and final deliverables.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Arabic or another relevant regional language will be advantageous. Progress toward CMLI, ASLA, ALIA, or an equivalent professional credential is desirable.
