Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all stages of the design process, ensuring design integrity from concept through completion.
• Define project briefs, develop mood boards, and translate client requirements into actionable design plans.
• Evaluate and select consultants, define scope, review submissions, and maintain accountability for design quality.
• Coordinate project budgets and schedules to ensure adherence to financial and operational targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and approve design changes while assessing implications for cost and schedule.
• Mentor junior design team members and foster professional development within the design management team.

• Proven ability to manage consultants and multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
