What You\'ll Be Doing
- Perform architectural studies
and other technical assignments associated with landscape and Public Realm design.
- Develop design concepts and establish appropriate design criteria for assigned project elements.
- Prepare technical reports supporting design development and project decisions.
- Review CAD and BIM drawings prepared by Architectural Designers.
- Evaluate renderings, layouts, study models, and color boards for technical and design compliance.
- Ensure design work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Provide technical consultation for interdisciplinary studies and analyses.
- Coordinate landscape architecture requirements with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Interface with suppliers when technical coordination is required.
- Review supplier drawings, material samples, and other technical submissions.
- Perform technical analyses of supplier bids.
- Coordinate assigned work with relevant units at the project site.
- Review detailed drawings and specifications prepared by others.
- Approve and issue detailed drawings and specifications within the responsibilities of the role.
