Azizi Developments is hiring a Technical Architect to join its team in Dubai South. The role requires strong architectural expertise with a minimum of 10 years’ experience working with main contractors in the UAE, particularly across residential and hospitality building projects.

Job Details
* Work as part of the site office team on large-scale building projects
* Review, coordinate, and deliver technical architectural documentation in line with project requirements
* Oversee design compliance for residential and hospitality developments
* Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and design issues
* Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation for construction stages
* Provide technical guidance and support to site teams during project execution
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Technical Architect with main contractors in the UAE
* Proven portfolio of residential and hospitality building projects
* Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and technical detailing
* Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Based in the UAE and willing to work full-time on site in Dubai South
