An A/C Technician is required to maintain and repair the air-conditioning systems of commercial vehicles and equipment in Dubai, UAE. This role involves diagnosing defects, performing repairs within set timelines, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The position is part of the maintenance team at Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Real Estate Co. LLC, supporting the efficient operation of vehicle air-conditioning systems.

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years as an auto electrician in a vehicle repair workshop
Education: High school degree or relevant certification
Key Responsibilities
- Receive job assignments and work orders from the Foreman – A/C Section
- Diagnose and repair air-conditioning system defects within the assigned timeline
- Perform each repair requirement based on the job card and sign off on completed tasks
- Identify and report any additional repairs needed and update the job card accordingly
- Refer to technical manuals and repair booklets to troubleshoot complex issues
- Inform the Foreman – A/C Section if additional parts need to be purchased
- Ensure the vehicle is properly reassembled, clean, and ready for delivery after repairs
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations in all repair tasks
- Maintain tools, keeping them in good condition and ensuring workshop cleanliness
- Perform work in compliance with company QHSE standards and assigned responsibilities
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the line manager based on qualifications and experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of vehicle air-conditioning system repair and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair instructions in English
- Experience working in a professional vehicle repair workshop
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work efficiently
