AC Senior Foreman - Bus Fleet Maintenance
Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is seeking an experienced AC Senior Foreman to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of air conditioning (AC) systems in a fleet of buses. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure all AC systems meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards while managing a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of AC technicians and mechanics, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Conduct training sessions to keep team members updated on the latest AC repair techniques and technologies
- Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of bus AC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose complex AC system issues and implement effective solutions
- Conduct quality checks on AC systems to maintain optimal performance and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Manage the inventory of AC parts, tools, and equipment, coordinating with suppliers for timely availability
- Monitor and control maintenance costs within budget
- Collaborate with departments such as operations, safety, and procurement to ensure seamless fleet performance
- Prepare reports on AC system performance, maintenance activities, and team productivity
- Implement safety protocols and ensure all maintenance work adheres to regulatory standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements related to bus AC systems
Required Skills and Experience
- Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, automotive systems, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair, preferably in the transportation or automotive industry
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong technical knowledge of bus AC systems and components
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex AC issues
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- HVAC certification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and standing for extended periods
