Role Context
The Aftersales Retention Executive - Automotive will help improve customer loyalty and repeat service engagement by developing, monitoring, and enhancing aftersales retention products. The role connects data analytics, customer insight, dealership operations, marketing coordination, and stakeholder presentations to support measurable improvements in retention performance. By identifying market gaps, tracking product results, and preparing practical implementation road maps, the position contributes directly to stronger aftersales revenue, improved customer experience, and consistent brand standards in Dubai’s automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Publish, maintain, and improve dashboards that track retention product performance by automotive brand, branch, customer segment, and campaign activity.
* Conduct market intelligence activities to understand competitor pricing, retention offers, customer behavior, service preferences, and emerging aftersales trends.
* Work closely with marketing teams to develop retention campaigns, prepare marketing briefs, and support customer loyalty initiatives across multiple automotive brands.
* Visit branches and aftersales sites to identify retention improvement opportunities, operational gaps, and customer journey challenges.
* Prepare detailed reports with recommendations, action points, performance insights, and practical improvement plans for business stakeholders.
* Produce feasibility studies for new retention products using quality data sheets, KPI analysis, financial assumptions, and market findings.
* Present product proposals, improvement plans, and retention road maps to internal stakeholders with clear business reasoning and confident communication.
* Design and document implementation processes, including operational workflows, staff training needs, change management steps, and performance measurement methods.
* Support the Retention Manager in managing common retention products and ensuring consistent execution across brands and branches.
* Coordinate with service, marketing, finance, branch, and brand teams to align retention initiatives with business targets and customer experience goals.
* Monitor retention product performance and recommend changes based on data trends, service activity, customer feedback, and branch-level results.
* Help improve customer loyalty by ensuring retention programs are practical, measurable, commercially viable, and aligned with automotive dealership standards.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive dealership operations, service management, marketing, business development, or customer retention.
* Strong understanding of aftersales operations, dealership service workflows, customer retention products, and automotive brand standards.
* Experience preparing market research, feasibility studies, marketing briefs, KPI dashboards, and business performance reports.
* Strong analytical ability with confidence in interpreting customer data, competitor insights, pricing trends, and retention product performance.
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain proposals, road maps, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Good planning and project coordination skills for managing retention initiatives from concept to implementation.
* Ability to work across multiple departments including marketing, service, operations, finance, branches, and brand management.
