The Automotive Aftersales Manager position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for leading service and bodyshop operations while achieving revenue, gross margin, and net profit targets. The Aftersales Manager will oversee supervisors, coordinators, workshop employees, parts

Core Duties

Aftersales Business Management

* Lead the daily performance of automotive service and bodyshop operations.
* Develop operational plans aligned with approved budgets and business priorities.
* Achieve monthly sales, gross margin, and net profit targets.
* Review financial performance and identify gaps against forecasts.
* Introduce corrective plans when revenue or profitability falls below expectations.
* Monitor labour sales, parts sales, repair volumes, and average repair-order value.
* Identify opportunities to increase workshop throughput and customer retention.
* Control operational costs without compromising quality or safety.
* Support the development of annual budgets and business forecasts.
* Provide management with accurate operational and financial updates.
* Maintain a commercially responsible approach to discounts, goodwill, and resource allocation.
* Promote sustainable business growth across service and bodyshop activities.

Workshop and Service Operations

* Oversee the complete customer service and vehicle repair process.
* Ensure repair orders move efficiently through reception, diagnosis, workshop, quality control, and vehicle handover.
* Coordinate service and bodyshop capacity according to expected demand.
* Monitor daily workloads, workshop appointments, and work-in-progress levels.
* Ensure repair activities are completed according to approved technical procedures.
* Reduce avoidable delays and improve promised-time performance.
* Coordinate with parts teams to address stock shortages affecting repairs.
* Ensure technicians have access to appropriate tools, equipment, and technical information.
* Review operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
* Maintain efficient communication between Service Advisors, technicians, parts employees, and support teams.
