By combining creative storytelling with data-led decision-making, the position helps improve campaign impact, customer lifecycle engagement, and commercial outcomes for the automotive brand in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand priorities, commercial targets, customer acquisition goals, and automotive business objectives.
* Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, PR, retail, showroom, events, and experiential marketing channels.
* Translate brand positioning into clear campaign ideas, product launch plans, customer engagement concepts, and retail activation programs.
* Manage campaign execution from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, creative quality, and brand standards are maintained.
* Coordinate with sales, showroom, operations, pricing, product, finance, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business performance.
* Brief agencies and external vendors, review creative outputs, manage deliverables, and maintain consistency across all customer-facing assets.
* Drive CRM and lead nurturing initiatives, including automation journeys, customer database engagement, lifecycle communication, and retention-focused marketing.
* Plan and deliver events, PR activities, showroom experiences, and customer activations that increase brand engagement and visibility.
* Track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, lead quality, customer response, conversion trends, and return on investment.
* Use market insights, competitor activity, customer behavior, and campaign analytics to refine marketing plans and improve future performance.
* Prepare quarterly updates, campaign reports, market summaries, and clear recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Support brand storytelling across multiple touchpoints while balancing creativity with measurable commercial results.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 5-8 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, product marketing, CRM, performance marketing, events, or integrated campaign management.
* Experience in automotive, retail, FMCG, luxury, or customer-focused brand environments will be an advantage.
* Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, retail, events, and experiential channels.
* Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer engagement, lead generation, and commercial marketing performance.
* Experience working with agencies, vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional business teams.
* Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign performance reporting.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, deadlines, and budgets at the same time.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and convert insights into practical actions.
