Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain all job cost records in line with dealership and distributor standards
* Review and amend job cards and invoices to ensure accurate billing for labor, parts, oil, and consumables
* Prepare internal and external job cards with complete cost allocation
* Verify invoices and documentation against system records for accuracy and compliance
* Return incomplete or incorrect job cards with clear feedback to relevant departments
* Compile daily workshop performance and cost reports
* Prepare incentive calculations and claim documentation based on workshop activity
* Support administrative and clerical functions related to workshop operations
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Clerk in an automotive dealership
* Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or automotive-related field
* Strong knowledge of workshop processes, job costing, and billing systems
* Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems such as SAP
* Excellent communication and coordination skills with service teams
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment
