Role Context

The Customer Service Representative - Vehicles will support daily showroom and operational activities for commercial vehicle customers. The role helps improve customer satisfaction, order accuracy, delivery coordination, billing follow-up, and communication between internal departments. By acting as a central support point, the position contributes to smoother sales operations, better aftersales coordination, and more reliable customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, service requests, and showroom support needs.

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them to the appropriate team or process.

* Coordinate with sales, aftersales, warehouse, and logistics teams to process orders, deliveries, and customer requests accurately.

* Prepare delivery schedules and ensure vehicles, documentation, approvals, and related requirements are ready on time.

* Maintain accurate customer, vendor, stock, transaction, and delivery records for smooth operational tracking.

* Prepare invoices, support payment processing, and follow up on receivables when required.

* Support stock reporting, order updates, delivery status communication, and customer follow-up activities.

* Help maintain service standards across all customer interactions, showroom processes, and operational touchpoints.

* Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal business procedures.

* Support safety compliance, process discipline, and operational accuracy during daily customer service activities.

* Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and confident in handling showroom coordination, customer inquiries, billing support, and cross-department follow-up. The role requires accuracy, patience, communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple teams in a commercial vehicle business.

* Bachelor’s degree is required.

* Proven experience in customer service, showroom support, administration, or a related support role.

* Experience in invoicing, delivery coordination, stock reporting, or operational administration is an advantage.

* Proficiency in MS Office is required.

* Familiarity with SAP or similar business systems is preferred.

* Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with sales, aftersales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

* Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
