Key Responsibilities
* Support automotive service, workshop, warehouse, or administrative operations based on the assigned role.
* Assist customers and internal teams with clear communication, service guidance, documentation, and follow-up.
* Help maintain accurate records, job updates, customer details, stock information, and operational documents.
* Support Service Advisor duties by assisting with customer interaction, vehicle service coordination, and service-related updates.
* Support Workshop Controller activities by helping coordinate workflow, job progress, technician updates, and service timelines.
* Support Warehouse Specialist duties by assisting with inventory tracking, parts movement, stock records, and warehouse organization.
* Support Administrator responsibilities by handling basic data entry, filing, reports, Excel sheets, and daily office coordination.
* Communicate professionally in English and Arabic with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
* Use MS Office tools, especially Excel, to support reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.
* Follow company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
* Learn automotive business processes and contribute positively to team performance.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should be an Emirati high school graduate with a Family Book, a professional attitude, and a strong interest in starting a career in the automotive sector.
