Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for a detail-oriented Emiratization Cost Clerk to join our Toyota team in Dubai. This role focuses on processing, verifying, and administering job costing in line with retail and distributor guidelines. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review daily job cards to ensure compliance with operational guidelines
- Verify that all productive working hours are accurately claimed against each repair type to minimize lost hours
- Ensure each job card meets the distributor\'s recommended operational programs and Kaizen procedures
- Review repairs to confirm that the approved manufacturer’s repair time is correctly allocated
- Use and allocate repair codes appropriately on all job cards
- Escalate all non-costed repairs over 72 hours to the Service Manager for resolution
- Conduct weekly reviews of Work In Progress to ensure all job cards are processed and costed promptly
Required Skills and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- UAE National with a family book (Emiratization)
