We are hiring Female Sales / Customer Service Coordinator who will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, support the branch and rental services required

Note: preference will be given to people who are on Visit/Cancelled Visa
Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers.
· Assisting customers with specific required make and model and coordinating with the team to execute the same.
Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental service requirements in person and over the phone
Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
Provide directions and general assistance
Process vehicle returns , check-ins and replacement requirements.
Take incoming calls, reservations, rate quotes, general questions and provide information and resolution for customers.
Coordinate with multiple teams and ensure the vehicles are clean and ready at the rental location for the delivery.
Perform miscellaneous and backup responsibilities related to assigned task and execute successful operations at the counter.
· Required high proficiency in computer skill. Window/ MAC (preferred), emails, MS Office.
· Car rental counter management experience will be preferred.
