Key Responsibilities

* Monitor daily fleet operations, vehicle deployment and utilization to support transport satisfaction and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with workshops, service teams and car dealers to ensure timely delivery, repair and replacement of vehicles.
* Record scratches, dents, repair estimates and driver deductions during vehicle changeover for accurate documentation.
* Track damaged vehicles and report status updates to management to help reduce operational downtime.
* Handle driver coordination, vehicle changeover activities and real-time responses for accident or maintenance cases.
* Support the de-fleeting process for existing vehicles and assist with new vehicle deployment.
* Manage idle driver changeover, driver deployment and local leave coordination in line with operational requirements.
* Prepare vehicle operations, fleet utilization and deployment reports as required by internal policies and procedures.
* Provide accident counselling to drivers after incidents to reduce repeat occurrences and improve safety awareness.
* Assist the manager in implementing transport policies, procedures and process improvements across fleet operations.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Automotive Operations or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in office administration, fleet coordination, vehicle operations or clerical support.
* Practical understanding of daily vehicle movement, driver handling, workshop coordination and vehicle status tracking.
* Ability to maintain accurate records for vehicle damage, repairs, changeovers and utilization reports.
* Strong follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate between drivers, workshops, dealers and management.
* Organized working style with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
* Good communication skills for handling drivers, reporting issues and supporting transport operations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced fleet environment where timely action directly affects service quality.
