The Fleet Sales Executive manages the commercial sales journey from initial prospecting through vehicle delivery and aftersales handover. By understanding fleet requirements and structuring
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a structured sales plan for acquiring and expanding business-to-business accounts.
* Prospect organizations across logistics, construction, FMCG distribution, government, and vehicle leasing.
* Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and industry contacts.
* Build a reliable pipeline and prioritize opportunities according to value, urgency, and closing potential.
* Meet prospective customers to understand vehicle usage, fleet size, replacement cycles, and operating requirements.
* Prepare tailored fleet proposals, quotations, commercial comparisons, and sales presentations.
* Recommend suitable vehicles, financing options, service plans, extended warranties, and aftersales packages.
* Negotiate fleet pricing, contract conditions, payment terms, and delivery schedules within approved policies.
* Manage inquiries, quotations, order confirmations, financing coordination, and customer documentation.
* Coordinate vehicle availability, preparation, registration, delivery, and aftersales handover.
* Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and identify replacement, expansion, and upselling opportunities.
* Resolve commercial concerns promptly by coordinating with finance, operations, logistics, and aftersales teams.
* Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual fleet-sales targets.
* Record customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and sales activity accurately in the CRM system.
* Monitor competitors, market demand, fleet purchasing trends, and commercial pricing developments.
* Provide management with reliable pipeline forecasts and feedback supporting product and pricing decisions.
* Follow company approval procedures, sales controls, and contractual requirements.
