The Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, handling bulk vehicle purchases, and building strong relationships with business clients in Dubai, UAE. This role involves selling TANK fleet vehicles, managing tenders, and working with government and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, particularly in light commercial vehicles, and be capable of delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales objectives. The position supports Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Real Estate Co. LLC in expanding fleet sales operations.

Experience: Automotive sales experience, preferably in light commercial vehicles and Chinese brands such as VW, Skoda, Renault, Citroen, and Fiat
Education: University degree or higher diploma required

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for TANK fleet vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle bulk purchase deals, SME contracts, rent-a-car fleet sales, and government tenders
- Follow up with prospective buyers, including inbound inquiries and field visits to new and existing clients
- Ensure proper cash and credit handling in line with company policies to minimize bad debts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including new features, competitor analysis, and market trends
- Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and semi-government entities
- Work closely with banks and financial institutions to provide customers with tailored financing solutions
- Problem-solve sales challenges and close deals within set timeframes

Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in automotive sales, fleet management, and commercial vehicle sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is an added advantage
- Proactive, hardworking, and results-driven approach to sales
- Good team player with the ability to perform in a high-pressure sales environment
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
- UAE driving license is mandatory
