Role Context
The Guest Relation Officer - Showroom Support will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Toyota showroom. The role supports customer satisfaction by creating a professional first impression, identifying visitor needs, coordinating customer flow, and ensuring every guest is guided to the right sales executive or service contact without delay.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers entering the Toyota showroom in a warm, professional, and respectful manner.
* Act as the first point of contact for showroom visitors and help identify their requirements clearly.
* Direct customers with appointments to the correct sales executive or relevant team member.
* Support a smooth transition from reception to sales consultation so customers receive timely and professional service.
* Ensure every customer receives a positive showroom experience from arrival to departure.
* Provide a courteous send-off to customers leaving the branch and help maintain a strong brand impression.
* Assist with basic customer guidance, showroom coordination, and visitor handling during busy operating hours.
* Communicate customer needs to the appropriate showroom team to support faster service and better follow-up.
* Maintain a professional appearance, polite communication style, and customer-first approach at all times.
* Support the branch team during afternoon shifts while following showroom service standards.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should be an Emirati applicant with a Family Book, strong communication skills, and a friendly customer-facing personality. This role is a strong starting point for someone who wants to build experience in the automotive sector while working in a premium showroom environment.
* Emirati candidate with Family Book is mandatory.
* High school diploma or higher qualification.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Customer service experience is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office is required.
* Excel knowledge is preferred.
* Interest in cars, customer service, and the automotive showroom environment.
* Willing to work at Toyota Sheikh Zayed Road.
* Willing to work afternoon shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
