The Guest Relation Officer - Showroom Support role is the first point of contact for customers visiting the Toyota showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. The role helps create a welcoming branch experience by greeting customers, understanding the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the correct sales executive or team member.
This position supports better customer satisfaction by making showroom visits more organized, personal, and efficient. It also helps the sales team manage appointments, walk-in customers, and customer handovers in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers entering the Toyota showroom with a friendly, professional, and confident approach.
* Deliver a warm first impression that reflects the brand’s customer service standards.
* Identify customer needs and understand the reason for each showroom visit.
* Direct customers with appointments to the correct sales executive or relevant team member.
* Support walk-in customers by guiding them to the appropriate showroom contact.
* Help ensure a smooth transition from customer arrival to sales executive introduction.
* Provide courteous support to customers while they wait for assistance.
* Maintain a professional and positive presence at the showroom entrance or reception area.
* Coordinate with sales staff to manage customer flow during busy periods.
* Give customers a warm and respectful send-off when they leave the branch.
* Support a customer-focused showroom environment that makes visitors feel acknowledged and valued.
* Use basic MS Office tools where required for simple coordination, tracking, or customer support tasks.
* Follow branch procedures, customer service guidelines, and showroom standards.
* Work afternoon shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM as part of the part-time schedule.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is an Emirati national with a Family Book and a strong interest in customer service, automotive retail, or showroom operations. A high school diploma or higher qualification is required.
Fluency in English and strong communication skills are important for engaging with customers, sales executives, and branch colleagues. Previous customer service experience will be an added advantage, but the role is also suitable for motivated candidates who are eager to learn in a professional automotive environment.
The candidate should be presentable, punctual, friendly, confident, and willing to work part-time afternoon shifts at Toyota Sheikh Zayed Road.
