Role Context
The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for creating the first and last impression for showroom visitors by delivering warm hospitality and professional customer support. This role strengthens customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and service quality by ensuring guests receive seamless guidance and premium service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome all customers visiting the showroom with professionalism and a positive attitude
* Serve as the first point of contact and guide customers to the correct sales executive or department
* Deliver a smooth and personalized customer journey from arrival to departure
* Ensure every guest receives a warm and professional send-off
* Support showroom operations by maintaining front-desk coordination and customer flow
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information when needed
* Assist internal teams by ensuring visitors are connected quickly and efficiently
* Maintain professional presentation and high hospitality standards at all times
Ideal Profile
* UAE National with valid Family Book for Emiratization requirement
* High school diploma or higher qualification required
* Existing Al-Futtaim employee with at least 18 months of service required
* Strong English communication skills with confident interpersonal ability
* Customer service experience is an added advantage
* Basic MS Office knowledge with preference for Excel familiarity
* Comfortable working in a busy customer-facing automotive environment
* Flexible to work morning or afternoon shifts for 4 hours per day
