Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring a Head of AI Platforms in Dubai, UAE to build and scale an enterprise AI platform supporting multiple automotive brands and business functions. This senior technology leadership role will establish the orchestration layer for Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, MLOps, LLMOps, experimentation, APIs, and event-driven services. The Platform Mission
The Head of AI Platforms will create and operate a unified AI Platform designed to become an intelligent technology layer across Al-Futtaim Automotive.
The platform will enable reusable AI and automation capabilities across sales, aftersales, mobility, leasing, customer experience, and corporate functions. The focus is on enterprise adoption and measurable business outcomes rather than isolated proofs of concept.
AI Platform Strategy and Architecture
* Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of an enterprise AI Platform serving multiple automotive brands.
* Establish reusable platform capabilities for Agentic AI and AI-powered business automation.
* Develop enterprise workflow orchestration capabilities.
* Enable API-first and event-driven architectural patterns.
* Establish scalable MLOps and LLMOps capabilities.
* Build a technology foundation supporting experimentation, optimization, and future AI innovation.
* Turn machine learning models and AI capabilities into enterprise-grade services.
