Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development of brand equity for emerging electric vehicle (EV) brands, including Polestar and BYD, in the UAE and KSA. The role focuses on elevating brand awareness, customer engagement, and market competitiveness through innovative digital-first strategies, PR, social media, and impactful campaigns. The candidate will drive growth by ensuring exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, including sales, aftersales, and fleet solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy:
- Establish and grow EV brands in the UAE and KSA markets by driving awareness, relevance, and customer consideration.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies consistent with global guidelines, including product launches and existing product promotion.
- Collaborate closely with OEMs to align marketing efforts with global and regional objectives.
- Adopt a digital-first, customer-centric approach to marketing across all platforms.

Activation, Campaigns, and Social Media:
- Create data-driven campaign strategies for UAE and KSA.
- Manage external agencies for campaign execution and coordination.
- Drive customer engagement through innovative social media and community management initiatives.
- Implement performance measurement frameworks to track campaign success and ROI.

Customer Experience (CX):
- Ensure exemplary CX across all brand touchpoints.
- Support sales and aftersales teams with merchandising, training, and promotional materials.

PR and Media Relations:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and product launch campaigns to ensure consistent messaging.

Team Management:
- Build and lead a high-performance marketing team with a growth mindset.
- Foster talent development through mentorship, training, and succession planning.
- Ensure team performance through measurable KPIs and compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 15 years\' experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for EV expertise.
- Proven track record in branding, CRM, digital marketing, PR, and events management.
- Strong network and collaboration skills with marketing agencies.
- Previous experience in high-growth businesses or startups is preferred.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).
- Expertise in digital-first marketing strategies, customer-centric campaigns, and brand equity development.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
