Job Summary:

HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the group. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with relevant labor laws. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and supporting the overall organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified automotive professionals.
Conduct job interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Manage the onboarding process for new automotive employees.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate corrective action.
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes for automotive employees.
Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance expectations and goals.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
Administer and communicate compensation and benefits programs.
Stay informed about industry trends to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.
Regularly review and update policies related to compensation and benefits.
Identify training needs within the automotive workforce and coordinate relevant programs.
Develop and implement professional development plans for employees.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure employees receive necessary training.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable to the automotive industry.
Stay updated on changes in employment laws and implement necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other events to promote a positive work environment.
Collect and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related initiatives.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Several years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on the automotive industry.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is desirable.
