Position Overview

The Kaizen Promoter plays a strategic role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across Toyota and Lexus retail operations. This role supports business performance by improving productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction through Toyota Kaizen methodologies, process standardization, and strong collaboration with frontline teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement Toyota Kaizen programs across Sales, Aftersales, and back-office operations within the BIT branch
* Lead 5S implementation, audits, and training across showrooms, reception areas, and workshop bays
* Observe daily operations, map process flows, and identify inefficiencies using structured improvement methodologies
* Apply PDCA and Toyota problem-solving methods to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
* Drive Kaizen actions focused on productive time generation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction improvements
* Support and coordinate weekly BIT meetings with Dealer Principal and Sales and Aftersales Managers
* Track action plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up of operational improvement initiatives
* Compile, analyze, and present Kaizen reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management review
* Collaborate with Head Office and Toyota Motor Corporation to align with Kaizen standards and reporting expectations
* Coach branch teams and build strong ownership of continuous improvement culture across the organization

Ideal Profile

* Emirati candidate eligible under Emiratisation hiring initiatives
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience preferably within Aftersales, ideally as a Service Advisor
* Exposure to Toyota Kaizen programs or continuous improvement initiatives is strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of Kaizen principles, PDCA, and operational process improvement methodologies
* Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels
* Ability to coach, influence, and inspire teams to adopt new ways of working
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
