About the Job
Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Key Account Manager** to manage the sales of **Linde Material Handling Equipment**. This role involves overseeing relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new customers to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial and material handling equipment, a strong sales background, and the ability to exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue, unit sales, and customer engagement targets by effectively managing the sales process and customer retention.
- Develop and implement action plans to secure new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Manage customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery while considering lead times and demand fluctuations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a competitive edge in product offerings, pricing, and services.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices within the **Material Handling Equipment** sector.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in selling reputable brands of **Material Handling or Industrial Equipment**; experience in the **Gulf region** is preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial trucks and material handling equipment.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.
- Valid **driving license** and ability to travel as required.
