Role Context
This senior leadership role directs the complete aftersales network serving retail customers, fleet operators, and insurance partners. The National Aftersales Manager will balance revenue growth, operating efficiency, regulatory compliance, technical quality, and customer
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the national aftersales strategy in line with mobility-business objectives.
* Set workshop, service, parts, warranty, revenue, productivity, and customer-satisfaction targets.
* Monitor budgets, financial results, operational indicators, and performance gaps, then implement corrective measures.
* Lead service-repair operations, parts warehouses, warranty administration, and claims management.
* Ensure workshops and warehouses follow dealership procedures, company policies, and manufacturer standards.
* Maintain compliance with applicable Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology requirements.
* Manage aftersales delivery for retail customers, fleet accounts, and insurance companies.
* Protect profitability by controlling labour utilization, parts performance, operating expenses, and resource allocation.
* Establish annual service contracts offering efficient mechanical repair and maintenance support to fleet customers.
* Coordinate service and parts campaigns with the marketing team to attract new business and encourage repeat visits.
* Compare promotional activity with competitor offerings and oversee effective campaign implementation.
* Monitor customer feedback, investigate recurring concerns, and coordinate resolutions with customer-care teams.
* Conduct unplanned workshop visits to verify service quality, system compliance, and delivery performance.
* Ensure technicians, service advisers, parts personnel, and warranty teams receive current technical information and training.
* Collaborate with finance, marketing, CRM, sales, supply chain, and other departments on aftersales priorities.
* Analyze operational and customer data to refine strategy and improve performance.
* Represent the business at manufacturer training, conferences, and franchise meetings.
* Prepare reports on external engagements and communicate relevant actions to aftersales teams.
* Identify efficiency gaps and introduce process improvements across the service network.
* Develop new revenue streams connected with electric vehicle maintenance and technical services.
* Work with manufacturers to incorporate aftersales insights into product development and quality improvement.
* Reduce avoidable warranty repairs by sharing field-performance data and recurring technical findings.
* Lead, coach, and hold aftersales managers accountable for national operational results.
Ideal Profile
The role requires a bachelor\'s degree in Automobile Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline. A Master of Business Administration is preferred.
Candidates should bring at least ten years of experience in a senior managerial position, with fifteen years of automotive dealership experience strongly preferred. Relevant exposure should cover service operations, workshops, warranty, technical support, parts management, and multi-site aftersales leadership.
The successful candidate will understand strategic planning, profit and loss management, resource allocation, service productivity, and customer-retention practices. Strong judgement, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership capability are essential.
