We are looking for a Parts Sales Executive to assist customers with their vehicle parts requirements at the Sur branch in Oman. This role involves providing excellent customer service, guiding customers to suitable spare parts, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in spare parts operations, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire parts sales process for walk-in and telephone customers, from inquiry to sales order completion
- Achieve monthly sales targets by proactively managing customer inquiries and following up on payments
- Ensure timely stock transfers and order fulfillment, minimizing delays and optimizing inventory management
- Assist the warehouse team with monthly inventory checks to prevent discrepancies in annual stock reporting
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, addressing complaints and ensuring prompt resolutions
- Follow customer service values and achieve Customer Satisfaction Index targets to enhance the overall customer experience
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for sales, deliveries, and payments
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in spare parts sales or operations
- Proficiency in Electronic Parts Catalogue and familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Omani driver\'s license
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
