Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end billing processes ensuring accuracy across rentals and ancillary charges
* Manage credit card transactions, declined payments, and collections follow-ups
* Monitor chargebacks, refunds, and financial adjustments in line with governance policies
* Ensure accurate revenue reconciliation and identify leakage or discrepancies
* Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with performance insights and KPI tracking
* Manage legal cases including traffic violations, disputes, and unpaid rentals
* Coordinate with legal teams on documentation, claims, and court processes
* Handle escalated customer complaints related to billing, damages, and insurance
* Implement process improvements to reduce recurring issues and enhance efficiency
* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal operational standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and customer service
* Support system enhancements and transformation initiatives within back office operations
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* 6 to 10 years of experience in operations, billing, or back office management
* Strong understanding of revenue control, billing systems, and financial reconciliation
* Experience in automotive, rental, or service-based industries preferred
* Knowledge of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks related to operations and billing
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to manage high-pressure environments and complex operations
* Effective communication and reporting skills
